I saw someone post about Healing Out Loud and it instantly clicked for me. I’ve been trying to heal in silence for years, and I’ve made good progress. BUT… I make more emotional progress every time I share about it with someone. When I let that authentic piece of myself into the world I get so much more back than I dreamed I could.
