12*) Re-Introducing Emotional Processing Playlist by KHAOS
Have you ever dreamed of boys (or girls) in bands?
Wished you could be one…but didn’t have any “technical” skills?
I tried drums…
I tried guitar…
I tried bass.
Don’t make me sing for all our sakes please lmao.
But my soul is still FULL of music.
So I found a way to work with it that works for me. I’m not trying to take ANY credit for ANYONE’s artwork.
Because that’s what it IS.
I am just trying to prevent AI from having a “hand” in using music for emotional processing.
It’s too easily programmable.
Too easily swayed on the whim of a trend.
Whether societal or based on your mood.
The thought of an “Emotional Processing” tool that has been created by a machine that can predict YOUR behaviors is scary.
The thought of humans who can probably is as well…
Sorry “ya’ll” made me so aware of myself I guess.
There’s plenty of others like me.
Just none exactly the same.
That’s where my confidence lies.
IF you can find & STAND in your authenticity your possibilities are endless.
Through this process you may get uncomfortable with your surroundings, that’s OKAY.
But the longer you stay uncomfortable, the more your body is going to start working against you.
Everything inside you communicates with itself, so when you start fighting those INSINCTS your wires may start to cross and send signals to places they shouldn’t be going.
I promise I’m 100% human… just a plate and 6 screws in my ankle…
I joke I have a screw loose but it was a spiral fracture so that’s for a reason.
I work hard EVERYDAY just to keep my body functioning at the level it is.
When I’m forced to work for someone else, prioritizing that is NEARLY impossible.
Getting disability means committing to the fact you’re not allowed to make over $1700/ month… that wouldn’t support just about anyone these days. I could barely do it 10 years ago.
You’d have to go without everything but absolute survival…
If you can find somewhere to live that is…
You gotta make 3x rent to move into an apartment.
I feel SO MUCH for the people trapped in that situation because they have no other viable choices.
I want to help CHANGE things for people who CAN’T do it for themselves.
I don’t have the means to do that financially… YET.
But I have tapped into this skill of sorting songs in a way that their lyrics tell a story.
As well as other cool skills I’m still figuring out.

These “stories” can mean just about anything to just about anyone.
You can read my blogs and relate it to me. (But please trust that I’ll FEEL it - not warning just stating facts.)
You can listen and relate them to your own life.
You could apply it to an external situation in your life.
But warning on that one, shit could get REAL CONFUSING.
What I have experienced with these playlist is that they will take you on an emotional journey if you let them.
You don’t even need to think of your own specific memories, just letting yourself FLOW through the emotions will help your body release pent up feelings.
If you keep listening you might to stir up some stronger feelings, and unintentional memories.
Please do not blame ME for this. Or yourself.
You’re allowed to have feelings.
Men should be just as sensitive as women and no one should have a problem with it.
From my personal observations the only ones I’VE NOTICED who have a problem with sensitive men is… men who don’t show emotions.
And myself before I figured out how to show my own.
The thing is I still don’t do it well in front of people.
The level of reaction I am able to display without feeling like I’m forcing something definitely leaves something to be desired.
I’ve always gotten along better with guys because of this.
When girls get offended and emotional about things I didn’t understand the depth of it before.
I didn’t understand how overwhelming they could be.
I’d kept mine bottled for so long.
Kept in “boxes” at the back of my brain where I hoped they’d never be felt again.
I always laughed to myself at people who cried at movies.
But now I get it.
Crying is NOT a fun time.
But it is a release.
It helps alleviate tension and stress in your body.
You can also do this by dancing or shaking your body.
Find a form of nervous system regulation that works for you.
For ME music is a BIG part.
My HR went crazy pretty much constant, but at concerts it stays level.
Even when I’m climbing the stairs at Pinnacle Bank Arena.
Or Pinewood Bowl.
Or when I make the trek to Omaha for WWE or concerts.
The times I’m excited you’d think my heart rate would be at it’s max.
But I’m a contradiction in A LOT of ways.
Mine goes steady.
So listening to music when I’m doing things is a BIG part of how I keep my heart rate in check these days.
I don’t know if this will apply to literally anyone else with POTS or heart issues like me but if it can WOOT.
I don’t like rollercoasters myself, but A LOT of people do…
So I took that idea, and made some emotional rollercoasters for y’all to take if you want.
I recommend starting with the Grounding playlists.
You don’t need to listen to them all.
Just choose one that you vibe with.
Choose a different one on a different day if that feels better.
I can’t tell you what to do, you’ll need to use your own discernment (judgement) on that.
But if you struggle with reaching your own emotions, maybe my playlists can help you.
And if you’re on a spiritual journey and interested in a jump start on your awakening journey…
Listen to the Wake Up EPP by Khaos if you DARE ;)
