I am not making my identity hard to figure out. I just ask that you please respect my real life privacy in this process. I have nothing to hide, that is the point of this. I just want to reveal who I am… before I reveal WHO I am.

I saw someone post about Healing Out Loud and it instantly clicked for me. I’ve been trying to heal in silence for years, and I’ve made good progress. BUT… I make more emotional progress every time I share about it with someone. When I let that authentic piece of myself into the world I get so much more back than I dreamed I could. So here I am to try and release my FULL authentic self into the world. I don’t recommend following my footsteps as I’ve cause myself more internal pain with overthinking than anyone could out do TO ME if you know what I mean.
Join me on the journey that has been my life thus far, if you choose. Everyone is welcome. But it’s not a pretty journey, the results may not be too bad… but I’m too gracefully clumsy to make it through life without some scrapes and bruises on the regular. Wether emotionally, spiritually, or just literally lol
